When you create an account with Pixeen, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

All activities that occur under your account, including image generation requests
Maintaining the confidentiality of your generated content

Intellectual Property

Pixeen's website, AI models, algorithms, and platform features are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Pixeen name and logo are trademarks of Pixeen.

Generated Images and User Content

Your Generated Images: You retain ownership of images you generate using our AI platform, subject to these Terms.

Input Prompts: By providing prompts for image generation, you grant Pixeen a license to use these prompts to:

Process your generation requests
Improve our AI models and algorithms
Provide better recommendations and results

Platform Improvement: Generated images may be used in aggregate and anonymized form to improve our AI models, unless you opt out in your privacy settings.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our AI image generation platform to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content including hate speech, violence, or explicit material
Create images that infringe on others' intellectual property rights or likeness without permission
Generate deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce our AI models
Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits others' use of our services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, networks, or AI infrastructure
Use our platform to distribute malware or other harmful code

Subscription and Billing

Pixeen offers various subscription plans and credit packages for our AI image generation services:

Pro Subscriptions: Monthly or annual plans with increased limits and premium features
Credit Packages: Pay-per-use options for flexible usage
Lifetime Access: One-time payment for unlimited basic usage

Billing is handled securely through our payment processors. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

Termination

Pixeen may terminate or suspend your account and access to our AI image generation services immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pixeen be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use our AI image generation services
Quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of generated images
Any AI model limitations or unexpected results
Service interruptions or technical issues
Loss of generated content or account data

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Pixeen in the 12 months preceding the claim.

AI-Specific Terms

Model Limitations: Our AI image generation is based on current technology and may have limitations in accuracy, style consistency, or content appropriateness.

Content Responsibility: While we implement content filtering, you are ultimately responsible for reviewing generated images before use.

Commercial Use: Images generated with paid plans may be used for commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.

Attribution: Attribution to Pixeen is appreciated but not required for generated images.
